I didn’t start in tech. I started in corporate and sales — then became a generalist VA, then an OBM, and now a Digital Systems Strategist. Every step was the same job at a bigger scale: helping businesses set their foundations through customer support, systems, and education.

I’ve been doing this work since 2019, and for the last four years I’ve been all-in on GoHighLevel — for individual business owners, and for the agencies who support them. Hundreds of accounts. Websites, funnels, automations, migrations, and the unglamorous backend work that makes the front end possible.

Here’s what all those years taught me: most business owners don’t have a marketing problem. They have a systems problem. The machine underneath the business isn’t built to hold the growth they’re working toward.
